Hailing from the heart of central Iowa, Mike Blanchard is the entrepreneurial force behind Vision Electric & Plumbing, LLC. By his mid-twenties, Mike was resolute in his ambition to establish his own enterprise.

 

Spring 2001 marked the inaugural season for Vision Electric & Plumbing, kicking off with the ambitious undertaking of wiring and plumbing 50 three-barn finisher sites across Northern Iowa. The company’s ascent is a testament to the shared Core Values upheld by its Leadership Team, office staff and field employees fostering growth that has led to the establishment of branches in both Central Iowa and Nebraska.

 

Originally specializing in agricultural electrical services, Vision Electric & Plumbing has diversified its portfolio to encompass commercial and industrial electrical contracting, alongside underground utilities and plumbing services.

 

With sights set on further growth, Vision Electric & Plumbing is poised to extend its reach to South Dakota with a new branch. This expansion not only signifies the company’s progress but also offers its employees ample opportunities for professional development as they advance with the company.
